Role Overview
- MagikWorld Global Services is seeking an organized and proactive *Supervisor* to oversee daily operations of its gift preparation and delivery unit. The ideal candidate will manage staff performance, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain inventory standards, and uphold quality in packaging and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the gift preparation and delivery team.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of customer orders.
- Manage inventory of gifts and packaging materials, and coordinate with procurement for restocking.
- Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
- Handle escalated customer requests or complaints professionally.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure smooth coordination with other departments.
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory or operations role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Customer service-oriented with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Must reside in Abuja or be willing to stay within company accommodation during duty periods.
Salary
N200,000 / Month.
