Role Summary
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing guidance, assistance, and support to ensure a seamless banking experience.

- HMO / Billing Officer (N150,000 – N250,000 monthly)
- Humanitarian Coordinator (N3,000,000 monthly)
- IT Systems Engineer (N400,000 – N450,000 monthly)
- Accountant (N450,000 – N500,000 monthly)
- HR / Admin Officer (N400,000 – N500,000 monthly)
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and direct customers to appropriate service points.
- Provide basic information on products, services, and digital channels.
- Assist with queue management and customer inquiries.
- Promote self-service options (ATMs, mobile, internet banking).
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Salary
N160,000 – N170,000 monthly.
