Job Title: Retail Sales Executive (Ad hoc)
Locations: Victoria Island & Apapa – Lagos
Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and customer – focused and target driven indidviduals to join our Retail Banking team as AD hoc Retail sales executive.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective retail customers through field activation (market storms), community outreach, and referrals.
- Drive customer onboarding by opening savings and current accounts in line with KYC and regulatory requirements.
- Promote and cross-sell Bank’s retail products and services to individuals and SMEs.
- Execute sales plans and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets on account opening and deposit rnobilzaton.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, brand activations, and financial literacy engagements within assigned location.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide timely reporting on field activities.
- Provide excellent service and follow up with onboarded customers to ensure engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Minimum: BSc. Degree (minimum Second-Class Lower) in any discipline from a recognized institution or HND (Upper or Lower Credit).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of energy, confidence and adaptability
- Target-driven with a passion for sales and field work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N150,000 Monthly with performance based incentives.
