Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyse business requirements from clients across multiple industries.
  • Customise and develop new Odoo modules to meet specific business needs.
  • Configure core and custom Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, IOT etc.
  • Translate functional specifications into technical solutions.
  • Lead client demos, training sessions, and UAT processes.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using APIs and web services.
  • Debug and resolve technical and functional issues.
  • Prepare documentation, manuals, and solution designs.
  • Support deployment on Odoo.sh or self-hosted environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with many Odoo versions.
  • Strong Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript skills.
  • Proficient in Odoo ORM, QWeb, and custom module development.
  • Deep knowledge of multiple Odoo functional areas.
  • Ability to gather client requirements, design solutions, and configure the system accordingly.
  • Experience with Git, Linux server environments and Odoo.sh
  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
