Job Title: Junior Credit & Risk Analyst
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilties
- Analyze financial statements and ratios to assess borrower’s financial health
- Evaluate lending risks and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Collaborate with clients and loan officers on credit decisions
- Prepare loan applications and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Recommend credit limits for new customers
- Verify authenticity of provided documents
- Ensure loan proposals comply with bank credit policy
- Recommend adjustments to credit policies based on market trends
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND holder
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a financial institution
- MCP is an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and Core Banking software applications
- Ability to navigate compliance issues
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Credit and portfolio management
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- Risk assessment expertise
- Great communication and negotiation skills
Salary
N180,000 Monthly.
