Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented HMO/Billing Officer to manage patient billing, process HMO claims, and ensure accurate documentation and timely reconciliation of payments.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage patient bills (HMO, cash, and corporate)
- Process HMO claims, pre-authorizations, and follow-ups
- Liaise with HMOs to resolve billing and payment issues
- Ensure accurate coding and documentation of services rendered
- Reconcile bills, payments, and outstanding balances
- Work closely with front desk, medical records, and clinical teams
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate billing records.
Requirements & Qualifications
- OND / HND / BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in hospital billing or HMO processing
- Good knowledge of HMO operations and claims management
- Proficiency in hospital billing systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 monthly.
