Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Officer to support and coordinate daily business operations.
- The successful candidate will ensure smooth operational processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to the overall performance of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Implement operational policies and procedures in line with company standards.
- Monitor workflow and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare operational reports and present findings to the Head of Operations.
- Manage internal documentation and ensure compliance with organizational procedures.
- Support inter-departmental communication and collaboration.
- Track operational performance and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
- Supervise field activities and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Handle logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation as required.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities and expenses.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in operations or administrative management.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic operational tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Location Requirement (Very Important):
- Candidate must reside within or around: Falomo, CMS, Victoria Island (VI), Ajegunle, Surulere, Apapa, and surrounding areas.
Salary
N200,000 per month.
