Job Summary
- Our client is seeking an experienced Store & Inventory Executive to strengthen its supply chain and inventory control function as part of its growth strategy.
- The Store & Inventory Executive will manage thestore operations and inventory management to ensure accurate stock control, effective material flow, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- The role supports uninterrupted production and operational excellence across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee receipt, storage, issuance, and control of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock integrity at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to support operations.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile variances.
- Enforce proper housekeeping, safety, and compliance standards within the store.
- Prepare inventory reports and provide insights on stock utilization and losses.
Requirements
- HND / BSc in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in an Agro-Allied or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/inventory management systems.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
