Job Summary

• The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management.

1. Training Manager (N350,000 – N400,000 / month)
2. Chief Operating Officer (COO) (N400,000 – N500,000 / month)
3. Protection Officer (N520,524 monthly)
4. State Manager (N500,000 – N600,000 monthly)
5. Audit Officer (N250,000 per month)

Key Responsibilities

• Good communication skill
• Knowledge of Nigeria building market products
• Product knowledge & competitor information
• Sales reporting & forecasting
• Negotiation & persuasion skill
• Ability to understand & communicate product details effectively
• Planning, reporting & coordination with sales team
• Good knowledge of dealers from the industry
• Attend trade shows & visit project sites
• Complete sale targets.

Qualification/Skills required to fill this role

• Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Marking or related field, Masters is a plus
• 5 – 10 years of sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have experience as a sales manager in the Tiles industry
• Must have persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to drive new business by signing up new clients.

Salary
N600,000 and above / month.
